Farm Location

Our farm is located at 425 Line 8 North, Oro Medonte, Ontario, halfway between Barrie and Orillia.  

Farm Hours

Our lavender fields are now closed for the season!  Thanks for visiting and we look forward to seeing you next year!! Yoga with Front Porch Pilates and Yoga has finished for the season! 

Directions

Look for our Lavender North sign beside the road, that is where you will pull in to our grass parking area.  Please take note of the parking signs posted and park accordingly.  We ask that you do not idle your vehicle while on the grass parking area.

Lavender Fields

Stroll through rows of fragrant lavender. Guests are welcome to explore, photograph, and soak in the natural aromatherapy of our lavender fields.  Watch dragon flies hover over the rows in the 100's and listen to millions of bees buzz around you. Your senses will thank you for this multi-sensory experience!

Farm Shop

Bring the farm home. Our boutique shop offers our award-winning essential oil, hand-tied bundles both fresh and dried, our very popular English Lavender Hydrosol Room Spray and our French Lavender Cleaning Spray as well as our French Lavender Bud Sachets!

Our English Lavender Room Spray is easily one of our best selling products.  Made with pure lavender hydrosol, a little spritz will take you right back to your visit to the fields!

Prepare for Serenity

Suggested Attire

We recommend comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes and broad-brimmed hats for sun protection while wandering our fields. We have limited shade available in our large cutting field, please be prepared for full sun!

Farm Essentials

Bring a reusable water bottle and your camera. While we offer lavender bundles, you may wish to bring a basket for your gathered treasures.

Farm Harmony

To protect our delicate harvest and local ecosystem, we kindly ask that you remain on designated paths and respect our honeybee helpers.

Things to Remember Before you Visit the Farm

  • we are a smoke free farm, please do not smoke or vape on the premises

  • we are a zero waste farm, please take any of your own waste home with you 

  • we are an active farm with working honeybees and an apiary, bees and other insects are present, bring an Epipen if needed

  • Our regular summer hours through July and August are posted above, weather permitting, we will close in the event of inclement weather (thunderstorms and high winds)

  • We love dogs and they are welcome on a leash.  Please remember to clean up after your pet

  • We provide scissors and rubberbands for our Cut Your Own Program, please do not bring your own cutting materials

  • Lavender Bundles are $5.00 per bundle for dried English (Angustifolia) lavender and $20.00 per vintage sap bucket for fresh  French (Intermedia) Lavender

  • We accept cash and have Point of Sale on Square

  • We have limited grass parking spaces around our farm shop, please park on the grass in beside the road if that parking lot is full

  • Field admission is $5.00 per adult, Children 12 and under are free

  • Our Farm Shop is by appointment only now that the fields are closed.  We sell Beamish Raw Honey in our shop, along with our award-winning lavender essential oil, cleaning spray, room spray and sachets!
