The Heart of Lavender North
Set in the rural community of Oro Medonte on a 110 acre century farm, Lavender North began in 2019 with the addition of 1000 lavender plants. From there we have grown to 6000 plants in 2026! We grow Angustifolia (English Lavender) in the following cultivars-Folgate, Royal Velvet, Super Blue, Big Time Blue, Melissa, Melissa Lilac and Maillette. We also grow Intermedia (French Hybrid Lavender in the following cultivars-Grosso, Phenomenal, Gros Blue, Edelweiss and Sensational.
Our Origins
Lavender North began as a quiet dream on our century farm in Oro Medonte. What started with a small selection of lavender plants has blossomed into a sanctuary dedicated to the art of botanical purity and sustainable cultivation. Our award-winning lavender essential oil is steam distilled by hand right here on our farm.
Driven by a vision to reconnect with the land, we’ve spent years being stewards of our farm. Growing lavender is just a natural extension of our land stewardship. Every harvest is a story of patience, following the rhythms of nature to ensure the highest quality lavender essentials.

Today we cultivate every row by hand, ensuring that the serenity of our farm reaches you in every bottle of oil and every hand-tied bundle. There is nothing quite like standing in the middle of a field of lavender, surrounded by a sea of purple, the hum of millions of bees, and dragonflies droning above.
